What will your athlete receive in this program?

Athletes will develop multidirectional speed and power for any sport.

Athletes will improve jumping and agility with effective plyometric progressions.

Athletes will be taught proper form and exercises that will reduce injuries.

Athletes will also benefit from functional strength progressions that will directly translate to their sport.

** 3 Sessions a week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Ages 12-15 7:00pm**

Starting May 3rd and Ending July 29th

For instance, when an athlete’s schedule is confirmed, a coach will be assigned to conduct the sessions.  Therefore if an athlete does not show up for his session or provide at least 24-hour notice of cancellation, the result will be non refundable for the session in order to pay for the coach’s time.  However, in the event of an unanticipated emergency, refunds will be considered.
